HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — A woman has been arrested for allegedly stealing another woman’s credit cards.
Henrico police said 18-year-old Kenyana Nicole Cousins took a woman’s wallet from her purse in January and then used her credit and debit cards at several places that same day.
Cousins is facing charges of credit card theft, fraud and forgery.
